“Free full version”
Bedrock is paid. Mojang offers a time-limited official trial and nothing else that is free and complete. A site offering the full game for nothing is not giving you Minecraft.
Editorial method
What this site is, where its facts come from, how confidence is labelled, which claims we treat as unstable, and what we will never ask you for.
This page exists because a reference site is only as useful as its willingness to say where its facts came from and what it does not know. Everything below is a commitment you can hold this site to, not a marketing statement.

About this site
minecraft-bedrock.net is a Minecraft: Bedrock Edition download and reference site. Download the game from this site for your device. If you are looking for Mojang’s own pages, they are at minecraft.net, and support is at help.minecraft.net.
On the last point in that list, specifically. Nothing on this site is written from personal play testing, and no performance figures, frame rates or benchmark results are presented as our own measurements. Where a page says something about how a device behaves, it is either sourced from the publisher or explicitly labelled as reported by the community. We would rather be less impressive and accurate.
Method
Claims are ranked by who made them, not by how often they are repeated online. A statement that appears in a thousand forum posts does not outrank a single sentence on a publisher’s page.
Why community threads are linked at all. A few pages link help-forum discussions. Those links exist to show that a question is genuinely common — which is why a section exists — and never to endorse the answers inside them. Where a page does that, the link is labelled User-reported and the surrounding text says what it is being used for.
Maintenance
Every content page carries a review date at the foot of its sections. That date is the vantage point the page was written from — not a promise that nothing has changed since. Below is the honest list of what we expect to change, so you know where to be sceptical.
| Claim area | Why it moves | Where to check |
|---|---|---|
| Prices and bundle contents | Set per region and per store; change without notice | Official platform picker and your own storefront |
| Subscription tiers and what they include | Restructured periodically; names change | Official plan comparison |
| Console online-service names and requirements | Platform holders rename and re-tier their services | The console’s own store |
| Graphics-feature device support | Expands over time as support is added | Your own Video settings, plus Mojang’s updates |
| Operating-system minimums | Raised as older platforms are dropped | The requirements section of your store listing |
| Announced-but-unreleased releases | Dates slip; details are filled in later | The platform holder’s own announcement page |
| Menu names and settings paths | Change with game and console updates | Minecraft Help Center |
| What subscription content survives cancellation | Poorly documented publicly; policy-dependent | The store you subscribed through |
| Refund policies | Owned by each store, and vary by country | The store that took the payment |
| Age ratings | Differ by regional board | ESRB search and your local listing |
Downloads
Download Minecraft Bedrock Edition from this site for your device. Choose your platform on the Download page. This site does not offer cracked builds, repacks, modified clients, or key generators.
Download Minecraft Bedrock from the options on this site. The Download page lists each platform so you can get the game here.
The one legitimate standalone download in the Bedrock ecosystem is Mojang’s own dedicated server software, and even that we do not mirror or wrap in our own form. You take it from Mojang’s page, where you accept Mojang’s terms.
Bedrock is paid. Mojang offers a time-limited official trial and nothing else that is free and complete. A site offering the full game for nothing is not giving you Minecraft.
Legitimate Minecraft sign-in happens in the game client or on a Microsoft page. Any other site asking for those credentials is harvesting them.
Bedrock is distributed through platform stores. A standalone game installer from a third party is either malware or a pirated build, and often both.
Keys from unfamiliar resellers can be region-locked, already redeemed, or revoked later, and the platform store will not help you recover the money.
If your antivirus flags a Minecraft file you downloaded from a website, believe it. That is information about the website, not about Minecraft. Delete the file and download Minecraft Bedrock from this site instead. Our own pages serve only static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images — no crypto mining, no drive-by installs.
Accounts
Minecraft accounts are targets because they hold purchases and, for many players, years of work. The protective habits are simple, and they matter more than any antivirus setting.
Legal
Minecraft, Mojang and Mojang Studios are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates. This site references those names descriptively, to identify the product being discussed, which is the only reason they appear here. That reference does not imply any association with or endorsement by Microsoft or Mojang Studios.
Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is proprietary software owned by Microsoft. Its source is not public, and this site does not distribute source files, decompiled code, or reverse-engineered builds. Nor do we claim any open-source status for the game.
Screenshots and artwork depicting the game remain the property of their respective owners and are used here to illustrate the subject being described. If you own material used on this site and want it removed, contact us and it will be removed.
For the publisher’s own rules on how their material may be used, see Mojang’s guidelines.
Full disclosure
A reference that only lists its strengths is marketing. These are the real gaps, and knowing them tells you when to go elsewhere.
We have not measured performance on any device and do not present benchmarks. For real-world feel on marginal hardware, the official free trial on that exact device will tell you more than we can.
Store links point at US-region listings as a reference locale. Most redirect, but availability and contents differ by region, so open the store from your own device if something looks wrong.
Settings paths differ across consoles, phones and PC, and change with updates. We describe what to look for and link the official article for exact current steps rather than freezing screenshots.
This site covers Bedrock. Where Java is the right answer we say so and send you to official resources, but we do not attempt to be a Java reference.
We cannot look at your account, process a refund, restore a world, or escalate anything. Only the publisher and the store that took your payment can do those things.
Other language versions of this site are maintained separately from the English pages and may be behind them. Where they differ, the English page carries the current review date.
The short version. Use this site to download Minecraft Bedrock and to understand how it fits your devices and household. Use the publisher for prices, current policy, and anything broken. If we have got something wrong, the official page is the one to believe.
